The material of the roller body adopts wear-resistance iron andalloy steel, whose hardness value can reach to HRC60°~ 62°aftertreated by quenching process. The roller body is equipped withmaterial distribution device. Not only the entire roller body widthmay play the grinding role to enhance the grinding fineness and theoutput, but also may cause the roller body uniform wear,effectively solved the middle wear phenomenon.
